Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign "Get a Tenner for Your Opinion"

1. Purpose and General Principles:
– The aim of the promotional campaign “Get 10 PLN for your Opinion” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is to encourage X4RACE customers who purchased X4Race devices (products) to post detailed opinions and ratings on the Allegro platform.

2. Organizer:
The Organizer of the Campaign is "Neotica sp. z o. o.", with its registered office in WOLSKIE, at ul. MICHAŁOWSKA, no. 35, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court FOR THE CAPITAL CITY OF WARSAW IN WARSAW, 14TH COMMERCIAL DIVISION OF THE NATIONAL COURT REGISTER, under KRS number 0001058075, NIP 1182269575, REGON 526391097

3. Promotion Period:
– The Campaign begins upon publication of these regulations and lasts until December 31, 2024, unless it is extended or terminated earlier in accordance with the decision of the Organizer.

4. Participation:
– Participation in the Campaign is open to all X4RACE customers who received an information leaflet in the product package and purchased X4Race products.

5. Conditions of Participation:
– To receive a prize of 10 PLN, the participant must:
– Leave a positive 5-star review for the product and seller on the Allegro platform within 3 weeks of receiving the product.
– The review should describe the product and service and contain a minimum of 100 characters and/or real photos of the product.
– Send an e-mail to zgarnij10@x4race.com containing a photo of the opinion posted on Allegro or the date and time of the opinion posted along with the name of your Allegro account.

6. Awarding of Prizes:
– After the organizer confirms the correctness of the opinion, the participant will receive a reward in the form of a refund via Allegro payments or to a bank account, Blik in the case of a cash on delivery purchase, worth PLN 10.

7. Contact and Customer Service:
– In case of questions or problems, participants can contact customer service by e-mail: kontakt@x4race.com, zgarnij10@x4race.com, taksobie@x4race.com, or using the contact form available on the website www.x4race.com.

8. Reliability of Opinions:
– The participant undertakes to express his/her opinions about products and service honestly and honestly. False or misleading opinions will not be taken into account.

9. Personal Data Protection:
– Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and the X4RACE privacy policy.

10. Changes and Cancellation of the Action:
– The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the regulations and to cancel or change the terms of the Promotion at any time without giving reasons.

11. Action Summary:
– After the end of the Campaign, the organizer will analyze the collected opinions, which will allow for the improvement of products and customer service.

11. Final provisions:
– The condition for using the Promotion is to read the content of this
Regulations and accepting its content. By the Participant joining
to the Promotion it is presumed that the Participant has accepted its content.

– In all matters not regulated in these Regulations,
the provisions of Polish law apply.
