Returns of goods and money
We are confident in the quality of our products, but if they do not meet your needs, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. You have 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to do so. Please read the rules below to exercise this right.

Returns Policy - Your Right to Withdraw from the Contract
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without having to provide a reason. However, we would be very grateful if you informed us about the reason for the return, it will help us better adapt the offer to the needs of our Customers.
How much time do I have to return it?
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of delivery of the products or from the day on which a third party, other than the supplier and indicated by you, took possession of the ordered items. If you have ordered multiple products that are delivered separately or in batches, this period will be counted from the receipt of the last product, batch or part.
How do I report a return?
To return a product, simply send us a clear statement of withdrawal from the contract. You can use our convenient online return form, which you can find here: [link to return form]. You can also attach the completed form to the package with the returned product, send it by e-mail to: kontakt@x4race.com, or by post to the following address: X4RACE Zwrot – Wolskie ul. Michałowska 35, 05-860.
Filling out the return form is not mandatory, it is only important to clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. To maintain the 14 days to withdraw from the contract, it is enough to submit your statement within that time.
Status of returned products
Remember that the returned Product must be in an unaltered condition and you should only use it in a way necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the Product shows other signs of use or is damaged, we may reduce the amount returned accordingly or refuse to refund funds in the event of product damage.
